Practices
Mondays: 8:00-9:30PM at Mesa Community College Pool
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 8:00-9:30PM at Poway Community Swim Center
Sundays: 9:00-10:30AM at Poway Community Swim Center
Practices consist of a half-hour warmup followed by scrimmaging until end.
All practices are co-ed!
All levels welcome!
Must have an active USA Water Polo membership to participate.
Please bring a signed waiver to your first practice.
